Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Hospinn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

Authorised Use

Your right to access Hospinn is granted solely to the individual or organisation that entered into a subscription agreement with Flizitt. Access rights are non-transferable and may not be shared with or sublicensed to any third party.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Hospinn cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to compromised, shared, or negligently managed credentials.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating and maintaining your account. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of your access.

Administrator Responsibilities

Clinic administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organisation, including provisioning roles, deactivating former staff, and ensuring all users within their account comply with these Terms.

Permitted Use

Hospinn is intended solely for legitimate clinical administration and healthcare management purposes by authorised subscribers and their staff.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Hospinn to: access data belonging to another organisation; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract proprietary code; transmit malware, spam, or harmful content; interfere with platform infrastructure; or violate any applicable law or regulation, including healthcare privacy legislation.

Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor platform usage for security, compliance, and integrity purposes. Suspected violations may result in immediate suspension pending investigation.

Subscription Plans

Access to Hospinn is provided on a subscription basis. The features available to you are determined by your active subscription plan. Flizitt reserves the right to modify plan features with reasonable notice.

Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as chosen at signup. You authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for all fees due.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access to certain platform features may be suspended. We will notify you and provide a grace period to resolve the payment before full suspension occurs.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law, or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Data Retention After Cancellation

Following cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days during which you may request an export. After that period, data is permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

No Medical Advice

Hospinn is a software tool designed to support clinic administration. It does not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, medical advice. All clinical decisions remain the sole and exclusive responsibility of the licensed healthcare practitioner.

Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flizitt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability.

By You

You may stop using Hospinn at any time and cancel your subscription as described above.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a threat to the security or integrity of the platform or other users.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flizitt is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flizitt regarding your use of Hospinn and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
